Hello! My name is Lauren Roback and I work as the Regional Director for International Advancement for the Great Lakes Region of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes.

My journey with FCA started when I was young, influenced by my family’s involvement and my dad’s own experience with FCA during college. Growing up, I volunteered with the organization and later became actively engaged as a leader in schools and at university, where I played on the volleyball team.

During my college years, I dedicated my summers to serving at FCA camps and interned with them in 2009. I was captivated by the ministry’s mission and decided to pursue a career with FCA in 2011.

Initially, I worked in high school ministry in north Fulton County, Georgia, and after that, I became a women’s chaplain at Emory and Oglethorpe University. Later, I moved to Las Vegas, where I became the Campus Director at UNLV and the Multi-Area Director for the whole valley, while also serving as the female chaplain.

Currently, I am involved in ministry in the Midwest, supporting domestic and international staff, including those in Sweden. My role involves inspiring a passion for global missions and the Gospel worldwide.

Thank you for being part of my journey! Ministry is a collective effort, and I appreciate your support.
